The advantages of 2 helmets can be made available to you in various ways. You have the choice: either you book me as a coach to master tricky and challenging competitive situations together, or you can opt for a more in-depth approach and let me train you to use 2 helmets independently in the curriculum. The curriculum offers not only theoretical content, but also the practical preparation of real competitive situations – around 70% of which is on-the-job training.

Emergency Coaching

You engage me on a situational basis when projects start to falter – be it due to operational turbulence, strategic competitive pressure or unexpected customer requirements that jeopardize success.
We identify the need for action together in the shortest possible time and implement precise, effective measures – so that you can quickly set the pace again.

Project Coaching

Classic approach: my clients want to secure the maximum profit opportunity in strategically important and challenging projects.

In this case, you and your team apply 2 helmets with me as your coach. Together, we develop a suitable competitive strategy based on a thorough and comprehensive position analysis, organize and manage the team, implement the implementation plan and establish sensors and monitoring to ensure success.

Duration: 2 to 4 days supplemented by remote coaching sessions

Curriculum

2 helmets can be learned and mastered as part of an 18-month curriculum. You will acquire the know-how of 2 helmets in a mix of theoretical principles and empirical application scenarios. The curriculum comprises 2 to 5 participants and is divided into individual and group workshops and coaching sessions. After teaching the theory, we will focus directly on the concrete challenges of your business responsibility and thus deepen your knowledge of the effectiveness of 2 helmets.

Duration: Depending on the design between 12 months min. and 18 months max.

Negotiating more effectively

Effective for all managers who find themselves in many negotiation situations.
Not only the negotiation of contracts is meant, but also the daily large and small negotiations with employees, other departments or other managers. It is important to understand where the limits of the agreement corridor actually lie, within which a good solution can be achieved.

Communication potential in the management circle

Effective for all management bodies: Board of Directors – Management – Steering Committee.

Communication within the management body becomes more direct, leads to increased efficiency and motivates additional creativity. The team spirit is fired up and the limits of what can be achieved are pushed. The effect unfolds immediately after the workshop. This also includes the contents of the workshop “Negotiating more effectively”.
