The 2 helmets curriculum is a long-term leadership intervention that enables managers not only to master competitive situations situationally, but also to dominate them strategically, methodically and repeatably.
Participants learn the logic of 2 helmets so that they can take clear positions independently in business-critical situations, make effective decisions and implement them consistently.
The curriculum is not a theoretical training program. It is a structured development architecture in which the participants’ real-life competitive situations form the central learning and working environment. Around 70 percent of the work is carried out on specific projects, negotiations and decision-making situations from the participants’ own area of responsibility.
